I particularly loved the last few modules regarding tribunal procedures, compensation limits and time limits as it is something I’ve had no experience of and the content was so comprehensive and made me feel more confident about getting involved in these areas in the future. The fact I can re-watch them as needed as well is particularly essential for some of the more technical modules!”
